Start with 3 Easy steps
Sign up
Sign up and you will be emailed an intake form to fill out based on the service you are requiring. During sign up you will pick a program. You will ask to pay on line. When talking to the doctor or your concierge nurse services/medications can be added or removed.
Schedule Meeting
Once completing intake form and the program you chose, you will be redirected to a link to schedule your doctors consultation. This could be via Messenger or video. If you fall into a certain category the doctor or concierge nurse will let you know. You can always chose a video conference.
Meet with Doctor
Meet with the doctor for a brief consultation and then within a few days you’ll receive your prescription medication mailed directly to your door. You will then receive a email after a few weeks getting a update on where you are in your journey. The doctor or concierge nurse will then make sure you next round of medications are sent out. You or the doctor may ask for a short visit.
